Scene report
- The park came home. @asi_berlin_shop restored and renovated the Blackriver fingerboard park it has had for years and put it back in the shop. "The one and only Blackriver Fingerboardpark we got IS BACK." 985 likes.
- Then Berlin held a contest. Schleudertrauma 1 ran at the shop across Friday and Saturday with @teamschleudergang, including an autograph hour and what the shop called the world's first SCHLEUDERSAGE, a photo exhibition. It is the first European date this calendar carried, and it landed.
- Wheels changed hands. @greentea_fingerboard, 16,444 followers in Poland, is on @pirowheels now and announced it with a full part rather than a graphic.
- A park being built in public. @fingerkoala is assembling a park with rails from @webbsworldwide_ and posting the pieces as they arrive.
- Seven in, seven out. The confirmed community held exactly level at 11,881. Seven accounts joined and seven left, five of them removed after the midweek sweeps found they were not fingerboarding at all.
On the airwaves
@omg_this_is_brian is shipping issue #22 on 1 September, going underground with Missing Person's 25-foot Long Beach DIY park, and the magazine's own following moved 5 percent this week. @blackriver_official put out a day in the life of a fingerboarder with Fabian Gräßler, filmed at Fingerboard Con Boston. @jakepfb kept the DIY build series running. And @flatface__videos crossed 2,994 followers, up 3 percent, without posting a thing.
